My Story

 

I believe in finding and addressing the root cause of health issues by using my unique toolkit of solutions. I combine the best of technology using microcurrent therapy with holistic practices like nutrition and herbal medicine. This approach allows me to provide comprehensive and personalized care to each of my clients, empowering them to achieve optimal wellness and vitality.

Certified Pain Resolution Specialist

I discovered microcurrent technology about 10 years ago when I heard it could correct my daughter's scoliosis...which it did. I've used it on myself, family and friends ever since. When The Sana Institute developed a program to become certified, I jumped on it because I wanted to share this wonderful technology with everyone.

Registered Holistic Nutritionist

I coached volleyball for 5 years and wanted to educate the athletes about proper nutrition so I enrolled in a Sports Nutrition course at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. It was so interesting that I ended up enrolling in the entire program. I learned a lot about nutrition that I feel should be common knowledge, but isn't, which is why I developed the Nutrition basics program.

Practical Herbalist (in progress)

I'm addicted to learning - I admit it! Every time I learn something new, I realize there's more to learn. My nutritionist program provided insight into herbal remedies so I enrolled in the Practical Herbalist program at the Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine. I'm fascinated about the healing power that nature offers, which is often a good substitute for prescription medication, which I believe is over-used. I plan on graduating in 2025.

On the personal side, I am a mother of 2 adult children. I enjoy walking my 2 dogs, working on my organic vegetable garden and reading. I hope to one day finish a fiction novel I'm working on.
